Pros
1. Unlimited potential... it's a new center and only about 30% staffed. 2. Incentives: guess what if you actually do your job, meet your goals and stay in the top 1/3 you make more $$$. So, you can go from making 12 to like 18 bucks an hour. 3. Everything is new. 4. Ability to be promoted quicker than the normal 6 month waiting period because they are ramping up and want to send their out of state/country help back to their home sites. 5. I can't wait for it to be fully staffed with like 2k people.
Cons
1. Cafeteria not open yet until about 600 or 700 employees onsite...Same with gym. Guessing within 3 months. 2. Schedules are schedules. They let you know when hired they are open 4am to like 10 or midnight etc. Put your time in and you will be in a good schedule for you. I can't believe people like 4am shifts, but they do. They can't believe I love closing shifts etc. 3. Expectations are set from day one about what you're going to need to do. The complainers just going to complain. I have my pat answer when I get an earful from those types.... What are you going to do about it? I'm here to work and get paid.
