Pros

Global volunteer days Benefits Unlimited PTO

Cons

-Poor leadership. -High upper management turnover. -Weak ESG sales environment and increasing cancellations. -High amounts of nepotism and favoritism. -Never seen a company with so much woke office chit chat in my life. It's nearly impossible carrying out a call free of background noise. -Glorified job titles - Advisor, Associate, Senior Associate - they all perform the same job function more or less in practice. -Lack of career growth and advancement opportunities. -Approx. 12% staff reduction in 2023. -Unequal pay and pathways to promotion. -The company promotes staff based on location costs and not merit. -Poor decision making by management: They had promoted staff in Poland just prior to the 2023 layoffs, but then they had gotten let go within half a year (along with the entire Polish office), and now there's no more budget to reward the staff who have stuck around, unless they relocate to another continent!?! What a joke!
