There were generic questions about experience, some questions about moving to another location from Europe and the possibility of working hybrid instead of remote. Not much about the role but there were some questions about the future and where I would like to see myself in a few years. It was not an interesting experience.
Long process with three rounds followed by in-person interview. The people were well-informed about the role and asked relevant questions which helped. The process wasn't too drawn out which was also good.

Interview
It went on smoothly - consisting of one screening from a Human Resources representative and one longer interview with the team's managers extensively covering both the interest in ESG and in research through questions.
