      One of Sun Life's biggest assets is its people - everyone is a pleasure to work with and happy to help each other. The benefits are good and most managers are very flexible. They allow you to work fully remotely if you prefer.

      Growth can be slow, depending on your department/area. Raises are usually somewhat low.
