Pros
The people are very nice, contributing to a positive work atmosphere and attitude. Interestingly the benefits were on par or just slightly better than industry standard.
Cons
Noticed that there were staff in leadership positions that didn't have the necessary background/experiences to lead and/or effectively contribute to the functional area...this put a heavy reliance upon outsourcing to the least expensive (read effective) agencies to compensate.
