      Good Upper management Good company perks like Fitness Passport, discount Private Health Insurance etc Extensive range of testing offered and very organised collection procedures

      Appalling Middle and Lower management (speaking for Northern Rivers) Patient feedback (positive or negative) is not passed on to the collectors Staff have been requested by NR Area managers to fish samples out of the sharps bins

      Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Have to write 5 words but absolutely nothing good.

      Cons

      Awful management, or lack of. Management is full of bullies. Workplace bullying is at an all time high. I didn't believe the reviews before I got the job but I wish I read reviews before I accepted the position. They wonder why the turnover rate is so high, maybe treat your staff better. Over worked and underpaid
