Pros
Stable hours most of the time, typical 9:00 to 7PM job, except in busy season
Majority of people at lower levels are nice and friendly and tried to be helpful
Cons
No 401K benefits and cheap health/dental insurance, I paid so much out of pocket while there
Vacation and sick days lumped together- people came in sick spreading germs because of it
Disgusting leaky bathrooms, a toilet with no cover, except a slab of wood
No HR department to send grievances to, people I knew who spoke up were mistreated then fired
Upper level management never stuck to calendared meetings or agreed to have meetings when needed, ONLY ON THEIR TIME, had to constantly check their desks/offices many times throughout the day to try to catch them, a waste of time when we had so much work ---- but they always made time for personal clothing tailor to come in on a regular basis for tailor made suitings
CAMERAS EVERYWHERE - security is important, but I'd seen the owner/CEO of the company walk around the office creepily watching the feeds on his phone nonstop, it was disturbing and made me uncomfortable
Upper level management would tell inappropriate jokes (racial and sexist), which was very rude and unprofessional
Owner/CEO/Upper level management would walk around drunk and drinking alcohol during working hours, ranting or talking about how rich they were
Our production head at the time (and probably is still there) was Korean and would speak the majority of the time only in Korean, talking openly and badly about workers in the office to other Korean-speaking employees, again very unprofessional
