I applied in-person. I interviewed at Studio Nazar
Interview
Very easy and they look into how much passion you have. It would be great for people who want to put their step in fashion. It would be a plus if you have a fashion-related major but even though you don't they put more importance in your passion.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Studio Nazar (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
3 Separate interviews with Design Director, included creating a sketch project and meeting the owner of the company. Sketch project was explained as being like the job, but the job does not require sketching. Was called in for a 3rd interview to discuss the sketch project, but the required people were not even there, so I had to come in a 4th time.

Interview
Completely misled in the interview and application process. I interviewed for a position that was supposed to be creative. The interview process seemed pretty normal. I was interviewed by the manager and then Joseph himself, whom is super intimidating. Showed a portfolio and completed a design project. I was asked a series of questions about my education, work experience, and skills. It was also emphasized in this job, I should be as original and creative as possible when creating prints. This was completely unnecessary because the position was highly uncreative.

Question 1
Just a bunch of questions about my education and design experience, and whether I had experience indexing prints.
