Pros
There used to be a lot of pros. Now the only pro is ability to manage schedule in a very flexible way. They are also very vocal about diversity and inclusion.
Cons
I'm mad, so hang in there. They have cracked down in the last year (after another wave of lay-offs of course), regarding metrics and quotas. They are HEAVILY quota driven now. You can tell that they are feeling the pain of a failing company and trying to push people out by setting unrealistic expectations. I worked here for YEARS, and only in the last year has it been horrendous. Inventory is redundant and tight, so clients get pissed, then they tell stylists to take accountability for it, and punish your metrics. People are in a recession, and not paying $70 for a damn shirt (which is $8 at Ross btw). My previous lead was SO sweet and dedicated to her job and willing to help with ways to better yourself (she was laid off while on maternity leave), the one I have now is a micro-manager on a power trip and gives probably close to zero helpful advice.
