quick turnaround, recruiter provided lots of details off the bat and outlined process well. Hiring manager interview, then technical interviews which included coding and stats assessments, and then director interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stitch Fix
Interview
Applied via LinkedIn and had an incredibly smooth and engaging interview experience. Both the primary and secondary recruiter were communicative, transparent, and stuck to stated timelines for updates. Had 4 rounds including initial phone screen including back to back panel interviews.
I passed the recruiter round but didn't pass the hiring manager round. But overall their interview process was pretty concrete and I enjoyed learning about them. If I passed them, I believe the next round was with the team.
