Pros
Working from home is flexible, they never require you to leave the house or attend work events. As long as you do good, consistent work, you're not really bothered by management. My leads, aka supervisors, have always been kind, understanding, and easy to work with.
Cons
Inventory can be bad, you have to style around when inventory comes in which can be unpredictable. Clients blame stylists for bad choices yet we have no control over what clothes are offered in inventory, and you're not allowed to mention this to clients. All the clothing in marketing/social media is never in the inventory, yet this is what is advertised to clients so these are the styles they expect/are looking for. Can also be stressful to meet the requirement to style certain amount of clients an hour, sometimes you need more time. No career advancement/raises unless you want to be a lead, which is full-time only and requires trips to the office.
