      work from home on fridays

      Cons

      overworked alot (had to work from 9am to 9pm during some stretches). Even had to put in hours on Saturdays

      - Great people - You get to learn a lot - You get to influence a lot of decisions

      Cons

      - Startup energy (a lack of processes and having to do things outside your role) - The product doesn't change much so it does feel like it stagnates
