Continually reorganize and layoff so standard operating procedures are nonexistent. Results in being asked to do more with less and zero backup coverage. Leaders don't understand the system limitations they have or regional nuances and dont care to. Lack any growth opportunities. Poor data management, no change management, and lack of accountability.
