Pros
I enjoy coming to work every day. I have been with Spectrum Technologies for almost 6 months now. Prior to working here it had been a long, long time since I could say I enjoyed coming to work. Here I have new challenges to overcome every day which keeps me interested in the work I am doing. I have great coworkers that I enjoy being around. I have an abundance of opportunity for growth personally and professionally. I had read other reviews on this site before coming to work here...I don't know what they experienced. But I can say that I am treated with respect every day, and I haven't witnessed anyone else being treated any differently. I am glad I wasn't swayed by the negative reviews.
Cons
As a small company we are sometimes asked to wear multiple hats. That can be hard work, and I don't mind, but some people might.
