-Although the company has a great mission and values and does great work, the management of employees suffers.
-Overworked for the pay especially if you have experience with special needs or Spanish speaking
-In my position, during my initial interview, they told me I'd only have to travel out of Phoenix 3-4 times per month, I was actually traveling 6-8 times per month.
-My position was 90% computer and travel based and the company refused to allow us to work from home even though we could do the work from any computer with an internet connection. There were several days where you'd drive 20-30 minutes to go into the office just to type a report into Word.
-Wear and tear on your car.
-HR management team is almost clueless and hardly helps you
-I was told I would get an exit interview. When going in for my exit interview, it was literally an explanation of my Cobra benefits. When I tried to provide feedback in my exit interview, they stared blankly at me and didn't take any notes and then proceeded to tell me I'd get a "survey" in my email for the exit interview and I never received it.
-Although this is an Early Childhood company, they do not offer Maternity leave
