I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Human Development (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2025
Interview
First was a phone call interview than an in person interview which was easy and the people are very nice. Then would receive a welcome letter and waiting for onboarding process
Very simple, applied through indeed. Interview consisted of a conversation followed by providing a written sample based on a scenario. It was a nice environment and interviewers were kind and open to questions and discussion of job roles and expectations.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Human Development (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2024
Interview
Long, extensive questions will have you go through a rigorous screening process (2+ hour interview) and don't even provide a follow up call just send a generic rejection email. I wouldn't waste my time interviewing here. It was awkward and felt like a interrogation at a police station instead of a professional interview setting.

Question 1
A lot of questions about fictional random scenarios that have no background context.
