You get to take class for free and bring a guest. Freedom to make decision such as refunding customers and giving free classes when you find necessary.
Cons
Open 365 days a year and usually open at 5 am, so if you are not a morning person prepare yourself. Can only work up to 28 hours a week which makes it hard to make it live off of sometimes
