- managers are paid nothing - there is a feeling of superiority as you climb the company ladder - instructors treat managers and front desk staff with little respect - corporate is truly only concerned about instructors-they are the company's pride and joy, and don't appreciate everything managers do for the studio - I don't think I ever took an actual break in my year working there- always too busy - studios are constantly understaffed that leave managers and front desk staff unsupported and overwhelmed - turnover is crazy, it is an unsustainable environment to work in
