A high-profile sales leader, who was initially celebrated upon arrival, has now departed, leaving behind a trail of confusion. What happens to the famous channel strategy now ? While it may have provided some material for the CEO's AMAs, it seems unlikely that anyone will demand accountability in this fiefdom. The email justification for his departure citing reluctance to move to different location seems quite unusual. Am pretty sure that the poor guy was not allowed to get his job done, by continuous haggling from above.It's almost as if they assume we're all easily persuaded and won't question their decisions. The sales department's future in this company appears uncertain, and given the recent wave of departures, the product division is also facing challenges.It's becoming evident that both our sales and product teams are in need of a serious reassessment.Forget Quota Crushers , this place feels more like soul crushers :)
