Chief Customer Officer has never sold, never led a sales team and knows nothing about sales. She came from renewals team which is basically a collections team. In conjunction with the lack of experience, she lacks any semblance of basic leadership skills. She makes decisions in a vacuum and shows favoritism to all women and anyone from the renewals team. Her complete lack of skill and competence trickles down into handcuffing the broader sales org. Our president of sales is useless at best. He does nothing, says nothing has 0 Presence and brings 0 value to his vps or to the sales reps working under the vps. Our CEO claims to care about the reps but he clearly doesn’t bc he has continued to allow these 2 empty suit/dead weight Employees to remain. I’m addition to promoting another former renewals/collections leader to a sales role in spite of having 0 sales Or Sales Leadership experience.
