      The platform sells itself - Good tech with very few performance or implementation issues

      Cons

      - Inexperienced mgmt most of who are in their first leadership roles - Culture is to blame and heap pressure on teams. Mgmt often bully and pressure reps to show power - No HR or support refine mgmt skills or approach

      The latest and greatest tech resources for engineers Lots of potential for growth

      Cons

      Pay is good, benefits are lacking. Like no 401k match, medical insurance is not included (they take out of your paycheck) Very cutthroat and high expectations from engineers
