The admin leads have created a lot of tension m for years and admins are scared to upset them because of how much influence they have in admins performance reviews. The admin leaders for the product and engineering admins (they don’t manage admins, they manage the program) have been reported to HR and investigated, but nothing happens and they continue to run the admin program poorly.
