Operating inefficiently in a hyper-competitive environment with immature sales processes and an inability/unwillingness to objectively assess their current market standing or competitors. Toxic sales culture in some groups. So many changes (org, execs, leaders) in the past 2 years impacting both sales cycles and org effectiveness internally. So much churn in the sales and support orgs.
