7yFirst, thank you for your efforts in this growing office. As some additional context, we clarified the toll/mileage reimbursement as it was all over the board in practice. While the expectation is that our people could go anywhere in the local area for our local practice, we realize not all commutes are created equal and have a policy in place for excessive commutes. We also encourage anyone for whom the commute is a significant issue to raise his or her hand so we can figure out how we can alleviate the burden.
