Pros
The best part to me is the awesome people. It's a mix of a variety of ages, backgrounds and personalities. They're all super nice, caring, authentic, fun to work with and hang out with. I learn a lot from them. Many people have been at the company for a long time and it's been rare to see people quit. On a regular basis there are fun and interesting company events and team building activities. The office environment is very comfortable . Casual dress code, beautiful views, customized office equipment. The type and level of communication with management is great. I know any time I have a question or issue the door is always open. Management has been super supportive and understanding when I've needed it, and also has done a good job of mentoring and coaching me to be the best that I can. Good mix of giving very effective training, giving you the space to make it your own, and having constant opportunities for learning and improvement. The work is challenging and rewarding. It's great to be able to help candidates in their job searches, and I get to talk to many amazing and brilliant people. It's also great to be able to help high tech companies grow, and be able to work with so many cool companies doing great things.
Cons
It took awhile for the hard work to pay off, but looking back it was definitely worth it. Being a sales job, there is a lot of rejection and ups and downs, so you have to stay strong and steady even when times are tough, and not get too high just because you had a great month or two.
