I was reached out to on Indeed as they stated interest in my resume. The next day I was called to have a phone interview which lasted a whole 4 minutes. I was asked what type of jobs I was interested in and what I looked for in a company. I answered what my I was looking for and also stated I was interested in what they offered me. Matthew(The CEO you see so much about in the reviews)immediately tunnel visioned on one of my statements claiming that they had no job which could suit that interest and that they could not offer me anything. I had to remind the interviewer that I wanted to hear more about the job that THEY reached out to ME for, but he again reiterated that they had nothing that would interest me. It was obvious they were fishing for desperate job seekers to exploit. Do your homework on the company and you'll find that the good reviews are employees who preach the "bootstrap" attitude, unpaid overtime, "skill" based commission, low base salary and only flourish if you're on the CEO's good side. Not to mention the horror stories of clients who are harassed by the companies recruiters calling them nonstop even asking them to remove them from the call list. My best advice: Stay far away from this company; if you get an offer immediately delete it.
