Pros
This is a very cool place to work, especially for Utah. It's full of young people with a lot of style and the brand itself is trying very hard to be a respected brand in the board sports world.
Cons
The private equity firm that owns Skullcandy is frustratingly hands-on and hates spending money to make money. Until they sell the company, there will be a culture of extreme cost-cutting (except for the executives)
