Pros

Not bedside nursing. Not in the hospital

Cons

Poor work life balance Unprofessional and unqualified HR My experience with this company has been very different from what was advertised. Although they promote a strong “work–life balance,” the clinic is consistently staffed with a skeleton crew, making it extremely difficult to take realistic time off without impacting coworkers or operations. Staffing challenges also extend to clinical roles—nurses are often hired with little relevant experience, and accountability is inconsistent, which can create risks for client safety. Day-to-day priorities tend to revolve around numbers, profits, and sales rather than meaningful outcomes for clients. Raises are minimal and somewhat misleading, as increases apply only to base pay, not actual earnings. While the company emphasizes having a “speak-up culture,” my experience was that raising concerns often resulted in being singled out or treated differently by management and HR. The promised schedule of 4x10s isn’t accurate in practice, as employees are regularly scheduled for 11-hour days with only two 30-minute breaks. Additionally, there are frequent changes to services and treatments. These updates often feel reactive rather than well-planned, creating instability and confusion in the workflow

Pros

Good entry level position into aesthetics

Cons

TOXIC management (primarily Mary at Del Mar) Robbed of tips that are yours (they use your tips to bring you to that “guaranteed” rate of $55/hr) Long days No real growth opportunity Too sales based and not patient oriented Company could care less about employees
