Team leads actually wants to listen to you

The issue isn’t with the team or the team leads,it’s with leadership. They only seem to care about themselves. Our year end reviews, which should have been completed at the start of the year, didn’t happen until May.
Our bonuses are supposed to be distributed after performance reviews, but leadership keeps delaying that process. They’ll even dock you for the most trivial reasons just to avoid paying out. And mind you the bonuses are around $300–$400 to begin with.
There’s also something off about the CEO. He constantly talks over people when they’re answering his questions, comes across as rude, and definitely shows signs of founder syndrome. I watched him push out two of the most respected leaders in the company simply because they stood up for the team.
The company advertises an “unlimited vacation policy,” but they’ll turn around and fire you for using it.
Raises? Basically nonexistent. You can work here for years and still not see a salary increase. Honestly, you’d probably earn more and be treated better working at your local McDonald’s. No exaggeration.
