Pros
The work is always evolving and challenging. The co-workers are great to work with and very intelligent. Job expectations are clear and hard work is rewarded with both praise and financially. Simplus is growing extremely fast and is nipping at Accenture and Deloitte's heals.
Cons
You will work on multiple projects at once and your schedule can get pretty crazy, but that is consulting. Some people just should not be consultants.
