The sale of the organization to Infosys right as the pandemic began came with pay cuts and reduced benefits that lasted well over what other organizations did. Even as we saw profits were increasing and we weren’t in the red and we even started hiring we still were expected to deal With working longer hours for less pay. Morale dropped and company culture took a real hit when it became apparent we didn’t matter. Diversity was also very much lacking and even with all that occurred during the pandemic the company did not take a stand. I experienced some very racist comments from my first month at the organization. Some of the senior consultants who were lauded at company meetings had made disparaging comments about women and middle eastern people.

This company appears to be growing at breakneck speed, adding employees by the numbers. I'm sure they have some hits in terms of staffing projects but they also have some serious misses. If you happen to land in a "miss", it is brutal. The project I joined was led by an incompetent SA and all junior consultants. It was shocking when compared with the teams I have worked with in the past. Especially given that the SA was sold as "having worked with CPQ for years with a lot of knowledge, expertise, and delivery experience". Unfortunately, his knowledge was narrow, limited and outdated. He should never have been staffed in that role. Also, the onboarding process is disorganized and you have no idea what is coming. Internal IT support is a joke and HR is slow to respond. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
