Competitive pay up until recently but progressively moving to lower cost of labor locations so watch out. Nice colleagues.
Cons
- No career perspective. For example, myself and others got promoted to team leaders during the pandemic and then demoted in 2023. - Company does not value employees nor any other stakeholders, other than their Shareholders. For executive leadership, shareholder value is all they care about. There is complete disregard for employees and the environment. - HR has been promising to release Career Pathing for the past 5 years that I have been in the company. It has not happened so far. Lot's of talk, no walk. - Immature middle management, who are afraid to speak up and protect or fight for the interests of their team. They just want to keep their jobs and it shows the culture of the company is not positive, nor constructive.
