-The senior management decision making is baffling at best -The wasted money...buying hundreds of computers without a use and then trying to find a reason to use them...dozens if not hundreds of NEW macbook pros purchased and then sitting for 1-2 years because no users want/need them. -creative opportunities because you have to be ultra creative to come up with solutions for some of their "Rube Goldberg" style systems -The malware incident...too many groups operating in a complete silo resulting in no policies and procedures for IT staff...which results in IT staff with too much permission and not enough thinking getting socially engineered. Try giving the proper people proper permissions...
