TinyPrints saw tremendous growth in revenue, profits and employee growth over the past few years, even when the economy was impacting every business in a negative way. TinyPrints has a lot of smart employees and a management team that is dedicated to recognizing, empowering and rewarding those who make a difference. TinyPrints has a very welcoming work atmosphere. It's not a dry work place like many other startups.
Cons
Seasonal patterns affects work hours during holidays, but it's getting better. There's a lot of exciting projects to work on, but not always have enough people to do them. Employee growth has contributed to poor parking conditions.
