The best opportunity for me was to learn all aspects of Real Estate - Management, Marketing, Development and General Contracting as being a part of the Shuster Property Management family. I was encouraged to step out of my comfort zone and learn all aspects of my field. Which has taken me in different direction that i would have chosen for myself (in a positive way!!).
