Shipt is a joke in its current state and as of earlier 2019. It was fun while it’s lasted.
All the good talent has left the company earlier in the year — those that are here still are either looking for a job or can’t find a job because they’re not talented.
Everyone is running around like headless chickens at this point. PMs are mostly new (not horrible, but inexperienced and without a leader), engineers are working with what they have but are also limited in skill and their tech stack. The good engineers have also left. Design team is a joke, or at least what’s left of it. Don’t understand how some of these designers are “seniors” or “directors”. It’s all a game of politics now, and kind of always has been.
