We appreciate your feedback at Shipt! I agree that every day is different and we execute at a rapid rate, one of the things I also love about our environment. I hope that our department presentations have provided some additional clarity on the "who to go to" front. I know that many of the departments are working to institute some knowledge spaces and FAQs that employees can go to for references.
