it's always easier to pick out the faults but personally I really haven't liked the recent push to study for certifications. During the pandemic many of us work long passed our 8 hour work day but there's still an expectation that you make time to study information you don't get to actually use for a certification that is just to make us look good to potential clients. There has also been a bit of a culture shift, which is to be expected when the company starts to get larger, it just feels like your job is a little less secure than it was in the past. But with all of the growth and more strenuous job requirements there's been no change in pay really
