Dragged on for months. These folks do not have their act together. Weeks between the process after telling you next steps . Ridiculously time intensive “practice” example — one wonders if they’re trying to get free analytics. Even when interviewing multiple candidates, they keep posting the job. Something definitely off here.

1. Screen & cultural fit interview,
2 & 3. Collaborative process over video call. The interviewer provided a link to a repository that I shared on screen and explored/discussed. Technical questions were interwoven in the discussion. Whole process felt laid back and non-anxiety inducing.,
4. Culture fit interview with PO/PM

Question 1
It's been awhile so I don't remember particular questions but they were along the lines of "why do you think we went with x pattern over y", "can you explain what this class is doing", "what would you do differently", etc.
Application process. Human Resource screening then hiring manager and district manager followed by job offer. Very timely process. I do not know what else to say. Average interview difficulty . I was given an offee however declined .
