      Pros

      You come here for the people. They are real, authentic, funny, smart, and overall great. There is a huge willingness to evolve and grow. There is also a documented willingness and preference for internal mobility and loyalty from the business towards it's people. Lot's of people have been with the business for 5-10+ years.

      Cons

      Huge growth in the last 4-5 years has resulted in some growing pains.
