Pros

Building products for well known companies with a portfolio as well as military contributions.

Cons

Management. After the company take over of Monomoy New York, they kept the same management in charge which quickly lead to depreciation of employees, sales, customers and any hope or faith within the company. The best employees that made the company have all quit and moved on. Those that are left are those who will never be anything in life and hold on to a slim glimmer of hope that they are made to feel important or relevant as the company draws to its ending. HR is a joke, management is inexperienced and promote those who sit on their phones and do nothing and the hard working are punished and reprimanded. The cult has even trickled down to the last remaining employees who if you are not part of their gang, are too pretty as a woman or seem more educated than them, they will bully you until you quit or they will do everything they can to get you fired. These same employees hide work orders and work to make it look like there is nothing to do to make their numbers look better.

Pros

- The people are great, coworkers are fantastic - Opportunities for promotion, especially for line workers to become office workers - Work-life balance and flexibility can be great or terrible depending on department - Ability to learn a lot

Cons

- Lots of red tape for a smaller company - HR has a huge amount of control over all decisions - Mass layoffs with no warning - Severe lack of accountability (even though it is one of their company values) - Understaffed and overworked - End up doing things that are not your job
