      great workplace culture, collaborative culture amongst healthcare workers, friendly staff and good leadership

      Cons

      Rehab department not always respected by MDs or other professionals, pay is minimum wage for sharp workers, hard to work your way up in this particular position, acute rehab team is severely underpaid in comparison to other healthcare systems
