      Friendly overall and is a stable position.

      Cons

      Mostly boomer-age folks managing people and usually technologically challenged. Change doesn't happen quickly or at all. Ability to move upwards in the company is often capped.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
