      Sharp spends a lot on educating their leaders to develop their skills. Once you work for Sharp, you have options to work for different departments. Good culture.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than other healthcare organizations in town.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
