Pros
Great work environment with plenty of support staff, and knowledgeable technologists. Good communication between departments. Generally a great place to be employed.
Cons
While pay is competitive for the area, there are two hospital systems which, due to their unique nature (one being partially state funded and the other a managed care consortium) have significantly higher pay for most healthcare employees.
