ServiceNow has a serious lack of Diversity. I see the team on LinkedIn constantly posting about Diversity and Inclusion but the sales team highly lacks in it. Just take a look at the sales team on LinkedIn and all you'll see that there is no diversity. Stay away if you don't fall into the norm of a good ol boys club.
