      The company cares about it's engineers. There's opportunities to grow and do enjoyable work. Compensation is alright and it's flexible working

      Cons

      New / unskilled (in a specific skill) people are usually thrown into a difficult task and aren't always supported due to being organized fairly lean. Can be a pro to some people

      - good internship program with several talks, personal/career development - very welcoming work environment, you can ask anyone anything and they will be willing to help

      Cons

      - some intern projects and good and critical, some are more of a support a small part of another project - personally my project was good
