      Pros

      New trucks, decent trailers, home time was ok, nothing to complain about. Some dispatchers are good, some are not so it`s all random.

      Cons

      The Home Depot stores are the furthest thing from beginner driver friendly. The DC's are super easy but the stores can be a headache and a half.

      Pros

      Health benefits are decent but no time to use them.

      Cons

      They don’t take care of their trucks and when they break down and you’re at home they take their time trying to figure out what’s wrong so they don’t have to pay you. I’ve now gone a week without pay because they refused to look at a problem that I brought to their attention with the truck for weeks and now that I’m home and took it to a local place I don’t get pay and now my family has to suffer.
