      Pros

      None. They don't have anything that will keep driver's happy.

      Cons

      A lot. No support from dispach you can be on the phone for 30-40 minutes before get in touch with someone. Also you will not be able to make more than 900 dollars a week. That is low when you are driving all over the country and locals made a average of 1200 dollars a week and go home every night with 2 days off.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
