+ Management was not honest with themselves about how advancements were awarded. They conducted surveys and created several employee groups to address recognition and rewards but continued to use a "good ole boy" network to select promotions. + Safety Integrity Respect Excellence was the company slogan, yet copyright violations were rampant, often purchasing small quantities of vendor mateials and copying them for internal use in repeated training classes + Compared themselves to competitors at the expense of focusing on internal excellence + Management set unrealistic expectations and blamed low level workers, never the planning process + Desired changes in performance but were un-willing to change behaviour

Pros

Health benefits are decent but no time to use them.

Cons

They don’t take care of their trucks and when they break down and you’re at home they take their time trying to figure out what’s wrong so they don’t have to pay you. I’ve now gone a week without pay because they refused to look at a problem that I brought to their attention with the truck for weeks and now that I’m home and took it to a local place I don’t get pay and now my family has to suffer.
